01 / Daily format
One question and one manageable action.
A day is designed to take between three and ten minutes. It includes a short context line, one main prompt, a sentence starter, a gentler alternate, and a practical set of steps.
- 1Read once
Notice your first response without trying to reach a perfect answer.
- 2Choose a route
Use the main prompt, open the gentler option, or return later.
- 3Take one small action
Write, pause, research, share privately, or make a simple ritual using the listed steps.
- 4Mark it complete
Your next day opens on its scheduled calendar date.
02 / Pacing
Missing a day does not reset your work.
Day 1 opens when you start. One new day opens each calendar day, and you can mark one day complete per calendar day. The full window lasts 44 days, which includes 14 catch-up days.
The pause between prompts is part of the design. The challenge is a reflection practice, not a checklist to clear in one sitting.
03 / Choice and care
You decide how far to go.
Some days touch on grief, conflict, body sensations, forgiveness, or difficult family memories. Every sensitive day offers a less personal route. You can keep your eyes open during a pause, write one sentence, stop, or return another time.
You do not need to forgive anyone, contact a family member, share your writing, or treat an interpretation as fact. If a prompt feels destabilizing, leave it and use support that is appropriate for you.
04 / Journal privacy
Your writing is not submitted with completion.
Stored only in this browser. It is not sent to Horospire or synced to another device. Anyone using this browser profile may be able to read it, and private browsing or clearing site data can remove it. Export anything you want to keep.
The journal page can review, export, or delete entries saved under the current challenge in this browser. Browser-only storage does not sync between devices and is not end-to-end encrypted storage.
Avoid saving passwords, financial details, or other secrets. Horospire masks challenge-note areas from session replay, but anyone with access to this browser profile may still be able to read local storage.
05 / Symbolic framework
Seven generations are used as lenses for attention.
The seven-generation astrology framework is a symbolic lens for reflection. It is not evidence about a relative, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care.
The framework can help organize reflection. It cannot prove why a behavior exists, determine what a relative experienced, or establish that a trait was inherited.
06 / Credits
Credits acknowledge milestones. They are not the purpose.
The challenge can grant 48 Cosmic Credits across days 7, 15, 21, and 30. Each milestone reward is paid once per account lifetime, so a later journey may not grant it again.
