1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Horospire (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using Horospire, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. If we become aware that a user is under 16, we will promptly delete their account and all associated data.

3. Nature of the Service - Entertainment Purposes Only

The Service is provided strictly for entertainment and informational purposes. Horospire generates horoscope analyses based on a system mapping ancestral generations to celestial bodies. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice.
• The Service does not constitute genetic testing, genetic counseling, or any form of scientific analysis.
• Horoscope results and chat responses should not be used as a basis for making health, financial, legal, or life decisions.
• All horoscope results are first calculated by proprietary mathematical algorithms based on historical astrological sources and astronomical ephemeris data. Interpretations are synthesized using advanced models trained on public domain historical texts - the interpretive layer does not generate or replace the core calculated data.
• The chat feature provides interpretive responses that may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation.
• You should consult qualified professionals for any medical, psychological, or other professional advice.

4. Account Responsibilities

When an account is created for you (through purchase or by an administrator), you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the Service or circumventing usage limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.

5. User-Generated Content

When using the chat feature, you may submit messages and content ("User Content"). Regarding User Content, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the content of your chat messages.
• You will not use the chat feature to generate, transmit, or solicit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• You will not attempt to manipulate the system into producing harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• We reserve the right to delete any User Content that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Horospire and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• The ancestral horoscope system, including its proprietary mathematical algorithms and celestial body mappings, is inspired by ancient Zoroastrian cosmological teachings (Bundahishn, Avestan Fravashi tradition) and modern epigenetic research, synthesized into an original digital implementation.
• The design, graphics, user interface, and code of the Service are our proprietary property.
• Chat responses are provided for your personal use and may not be commercially redistributed.
• Generated PDF reports are for your personal use. You may share them, but may not sell or commercially distribute them.

7. Payments and Refunds

Access to premium features requires a paid plan. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Single Reading - A one-time payment granting permanent access to one full analysis.
• Yearly Access - A recurring annual subscription that auto-renews each year, granting access to multiple analyses, Life Guidance, and higher daily limits for the subscription period.
• Pro Access - A recurring annual subscription that includes everything in Yearly Access plus the full Professional Astrology Toolkit (secondary progressions, solar/lunar returns, harmonic charts, fixed stars, Arabic parts, Firdaria, composite charts) and the highest daily limits.
• VIP - An invite-only plan with unlimited access to all features. VIP is not available for purchase and is granted at our discretion.

Yearly and Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period - no partial refunds are issued for the remaining time. Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds for one-time purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have concerns about a charge.

8. Usage Limits & Fair Use

To ensure service quality and prevent abuse, all plans are subject to usage limits. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC each day.

Free Preview allows you to enter your birth data and see your Sun sign (1st generation) result without purchasing. No account is required. All other features require a paid plan.

We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time to maintain service quality. Attempting to circumvent usage limits (e.g., creating multiple accounts, using automated tools) is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our server infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers and networks.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our express permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to impersonate another person or entity.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or abuse promotional offers.
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any horoscope analysis, generated content, or other information provided through the Service.
• In no event shall Horospire, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer

Horospire is an entertainment platform. The horoscope analyses, totem animals, blessings, curses, hexagrams, and all other content generated by the Service are based on a creative interpretive system and do not represent scientific fact. The chat feature uses automated systems that may produce inaccurate or inappropriate responses. You use all features of the Service at your own discretion and risk.

12. Termination and Account Restrictions

We may suspend (temporarily restrict) or ban (permanently terminate) your account and access to the Service at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, the Service, or Horospire.

Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Abuse or misuse of the Service
• Payment fraud or chargebacks
• Using the Service while under 16 years of age
• Operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or abuse offers
• Spam or automated (bot) activity
• Violation of any section of these Terms of Service
• Posting inappropriate or harmful content in chat features

Suspended accounts are temporarily restricted from using the Service. You may contact us to request a review of your suspension.

Banned accounts are permanently denied access to the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may also voluntarily request account suspension or delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
