Every chart is computed from actual planetary positions for your birth date and, when you know it, your birth time. Without a time we leave houses and angles out rather than guess them.

Can I try it before paying?
Yes, free and without a card. A free account opens the first lines of chapter one of your reading, the placement and first sentence of the other six, the daily cosmic weather, the transit tracker and a compatibility check, for as long as you like. There is no time-limited trial. Asking the astrologer about a chart comes with the full reading.
What's the difference between One reading and Full Access?
One reading ($10.99, one payment) opens all seven chapters of one chart. The seven chapters stay on your account for good. Chat, PDF and chart tools for this reading, plus your daily reading read aloud, are open for 30 days from the day you open it. After that the reading stays readable and the tools close. Full Access ($89.99 a year, $7.50 a month billed once a year) opens every chart you cast, and adds two things One reading does not include: Life Guidance and the Hermetic deep dives. It is a subscription: it renews until you cancel from your Profile, by the year or by the month, with the same access either way.
How do I cancel?
From your Profile, if you subscribed here. If you subscribed inside the iOS or Android app, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings: Apple or Google holds that subscription and we cannot cancel it for you. Either way access runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to Free access with no further charges.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions renew until cancelled: cancel from your Profile at any point and no further charges are taken, with access running to the end of the period already paid. Purchases are final. If something went genuinely wrong with your purchase, contact us and we will look at it case by case.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell your personal information. Birth data is sent to OpenAI only for the AI features, without your name or email. You can export your personal data from your Profile. Deleting your account closes it immediately and signs you out. The data behind it is then kept locked for up to 180 days for fraud investigations and legal claims before permanent erasure. An open matter can extend that hold, and billing records we must keep by law remain for their statutory period.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. Gift a reading sends One reading, a month or a year of Full Access, or a year of Pro Access, paid once, to anyone with an email address. They receive a claim link and set up their own account; nothing renews.
