What Anahid governs
Anahid governs your values, love, and sense of beauty - what your great-grandparents' line learned to cherish.
Venus - 4th generation
Anahid is the Zoroastrian name for Venus, and in Horospire's ancestral system it names the fourth generation - your great-grandparents. Your Venus sign describes what you value, how you love, and what you find beautiful. Read generationally, it is the taste and tenderness your great-grandparents encoded into the line long before you.
Nothing is stored and no account is needed. The date alone resolves generation one.
Your Sun stood in . In this system that is Hvarenah, generation one of seven, which is you rather than an ancestor. Anahid is the 4th generation, and it needs your birth time and place as well as the date.
Cusp days shift by a few hours from year to year. Your real chart uses the true solar position rather than a lookup table.
Generations two through seven need the sky in one exact place at one exact minute. That is when the birth time and the birth place start to matter.

The definition
A 3,000 year old system of correspondences, not proven science, used here as a structured way to read what six generations handed down. The fuller note, and the epigenetics that is its honest parallel, sit further down.
The domain
Anahid governs your values, love, and sense of beauty - what your great-grandparents' line learned to cherish.
The planet
Venus is the planet of love and worth: what draws you, how you relate, and what you find beautiful or worth having. It is your instinct for pleasure, harmony, and value.
On your chart
What you value most, how you experience love and beauty, your relationship patterns, and what you are willing to fight for.
The inheritance
As the fourth generation, Anahid carries your great-grandparents. Venus's sign is where the loves and values of that distant generation surface in you - what the family held dear, how affection was shown, what was treated as precious. It is inherited taste, four generations deep.
Read your Venus sign as an inheritance of values. Ask which of your loves and standards you truly chose and which were handed to you as "what people like us care about" - the answer often explains a pull you have never been able to name.
Seven generations
You are reading Anahid, the 4th generation. Six more stand behind it, and each name has a page of its own.
The Sun, standing for you - the living tip of the whole lineage.
The Moon, standing for your parents and the emotional world they built.
Mercury, standing for your grandparents and the mind they handed down.
Venus, standing for your great-grandparents and what your line learned to love.
Mars, standing for your great-great-grandparents and the drive in your blood.
Jupiter, standing for your great-great-great-grandparents and the line's sense of meaning.
Saturn, standing for your great-great-great-great-grandparents and the line's oldest task.
Start from the whole system if you would rather read the seven in order.
The record
Anahid is the Middle Persian form of Aredvi Sura Anahita, the Zoroastrian divinity of the waters, fertility, and beauty, long identified with the planet Venus. Her associations with love, abundance, and grace map onto Venus and onto the inherited values of the great-grandparents.
The seven names come from Zoroastrian tradition: one is the Avestan word for divine glory, and the other six are the Middle Persian planetary names recorded in the Bundahishn, most of them divinities long identified with the visible planets. Anahita stands behind Venus, Verethragna behind Mars, Ahura Mazda behind Jupiter.
Horospire uses this vocabulary because the philosophical root of the whole system is Zoroastrian: the Fravashi tradition (Avesta, Yasht 13), in which ancestral spirits guard and shape their descendants across generations. The naming honours the source; the mapping of seven planets onto seven generations is Horospire's own interpretive framework built on top of it, not a doctrine stated verbatim in the texts.
4 questions
Each answer is written to stand on its own, so it reads the same here as it does when an answer engine lifts it.
Anahid is the Zoroastrian name Horospire gives Venus, the fourth of the seven ancestral generations. It stands for your great-grandparents. Your Venus sign describes what you value and how you love, read as the inheritance of taste and tenderness from that generation of your line.
Anahid represents the 4th generation: your great-grandparents. Venus sits fourth in the seven-planet sequence, carrying the values, loves, and sense of beauty passed forward from three generations before you.
Anahid is the Middle Persian form of Anahita, the Zoroastrian divinity of the pure waters, fertility, and beauty. The name means roughly "the immaculate one". She has long been identified with the planet Venus, the planet of love and worth.
Anahid is your Venus. In ancestral astrology the sign Venus occupied at your birth is read as the values and loves your great-grandparents encoded into the line, not only as your personal romantic style. Same placement, generational reading.
The caution
Ancestral astrology is a reflective, symbolic lens, not a proven science, and the seven-generation mapping is Horospire's interpretive framework rather than an established mechanism. The genuine scientific parallel is epigenetics: studies such as the Overkalix cohort, the Dutch Hunger Winter, and Rachel Yehuda's work on the descendants of Holocaust survivors show that ancestral experience can leave measurable biological marks. Read the astrology as prompts for reflection, keep what is useful, and work alongside a licensed professional for anything affecting your health or wellbeing.
It is inherited taste, four generations deep.
Read it as a lens, not a mechanism.
